These terms govern your use of the Homeschool application ("the App") developed by Scoble Life ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is a tool for tracking homeschool activities, progress, and records. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use by parents, guardians, and families managing homeschool education.
You own your data. All information you enter into the App is stored on your device. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost. You are responsible for backing up your own data.
The App is a record-keeping aid and does not constitute legal compliance documentation. You are responsible for understanding and meeting your state or jurisdiction's homeschool requirements. The App does not provide legal, educational, or regulatory advice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of data, records, or other damages arising from your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoble Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
The optional Family Sync feature transmits data directly between your devices. You are responsible for ensuring that only trusted devices are connected to your family group.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Since your data is stored locally, uninstalling the App will delete your data from that device.
We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
