How do I log an activity?
Open the Log tab and type what you did, for example "Math worksheet 30 min". The app will extract the activity type, subject, and duration automatically. You can also tap the fields to set them manually.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to a server. If you uninstall the app, your data will be deleted from that device.
How do I sync between devices?
Go to More > Sync. On one device, tap "Create Family" to generate a QR code. On the other device, tap "Join Family" and scan the code. Devices sync directly with each other over your local network or through a relay connection.
Can I track multiple children?
Yes. Go to the More tab > Settings to add, edit, or remove student profiles. Each student has their own color, and you can switch between students on any screen.
How do I track reading?
Go to More > Library to add books and track reading progress for each student. You can log reading sessions with pages read and notes.
What are milestones?
Milestones are learning goals you set for your students. Go to More > Milestones to create goals with target dates. As students complete milestones, they earn stars.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The app works entirely offline. An internet connection is only needed if you want to sync with another device that isn't on your local network.
How do I view reports?
Go to More > Reports to see activity summaries for the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Reports show total activities, hours, subject breakdowns, and daily history.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual activities, students, books, or events within the app. To remove all data, uninstall the app.
